rafīʿu l-darajāti dhū l-ʿarshi yul'qī l-rūḥa min amrihi ʿalā man yashāu min ʿibādihi liyundhira yawma l-talāq
Possessor of the Highest Ranks, Owner (of) the Throne; He places the inspiration of His Command upon whom He wills of His slaves, to warn (of the) Day (of) the Meeting.
High above all orders [of being] is He, in almightiness enthroned. By His Own will does He bestow inspiration upon whomever He wills of His servants, so as to warn [all human beings of the coming] of the Day when they shall meet Hi
The Exalter of Ranks, the Lord of the Throne. He causeth the Spirit of His command upon whom He will of His slaves, that He may warn of the Day of Meeting
Raised high above ranks (or degrees), (He is) the Lord of the Throne (of Authority): by His Command doth He send the Spirit (of inspiration) to any of His servants he pleases, that it may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting,
˹He is˺ Highly Exalted in rank, Lord of the Throne. He sends down the revelation by His command to whoever He wills of His servants to warn ˹all˺ of the Day of Meeting—

Lofty in rank, Possessor of the Throne, He drops the Spirit of His bidding on any of Hi servants He may wish, so he may warn about the day of the Meeting,
(Allah is the) Owner of High Ranks and Degrees, the Owner of the Throne. He sends the inspiration by His Command to any of His servants whom He wills, that he (the prophet who receives inspiration) warns people of the Day of mutual meeting (Resurrection).
The Raiser of degrees, the Possessor of the Throne, He casts the Spirit from His Command upon whomsoever He will among His servants to warn of the Day of the Meeting
(Allah is) Highly Exalted in Ranks, Owner of the Throne. He makes Ar-Ruh (‘The Spirit,’ ‘The Revelation’) to descend by His Command over one whom He thinks proper out of His Ibad — so that he may warn against the Day of the Gathering —
Possessor of the Highest Rank, the Master of the Throne of Authority sends down the Spirit by His command on those of His servants whom He chooses, that he (the Prophet who received the revelations) may warn mankind of the Day when they shall meet Him

Ever-Raised are His degrees, The Owner of the Throne, casting the Spirit of His Command upon whomever He decides of His bondmen that He may warn (them) of the Day of Encounter

He is High in stations, the Lord of the Throne. He sends the spirit down, under His command, on whomever He wills from among His servants, so that he warns of the Day of Encounter –
Exalted is He in His Attributes, and the Exalter of ranks He is, the Lord of the Throne, Master of the Supreme Control. By His Command has He sent the Revelation to whomever He chose from among His servants, in order that He may warn mankind of the Day of Meeting. (The Day when all of them meet together and meet their Lord.
The One Who is of the highest status, the Owner of the (Exalted) throne, (Allah), sends the spirit carrying His message to any of His servants He wants. So that His servant may sound the alarm about the day of the meeting (with the Lord)
Raised high above ranks (or limits, He is Allah), the Lord of the Throne (of Authority): By His Command, He does send the spirit (of inspiration) to any of His servants He pleases, that it may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting—

He is the Raiser of ranks, the Possessor of the Throne, He sends the Ruh by His command to whichever of His slaves He wills so that he may warn mankind about the Day of Meeting:
He is exalted above all degrees, Owner of the Supreme Throne. He conveys the Spirit (the life-giving Revelation, from the immaterial realm) of His command to whom He wills of His servants, so as to warn (conscious, responsible beings) of the Day of Meeting (when His servants will meet Him)
Raiser of ranks, Lord of the Throne, He casts the Spirit of His command upon whomever of His servants that He wishes, that he may warn [people] of the Day of Encounter

Exalter of degrees, Lord of the Throne of Power, He makes the spirit to light by His command upon whom He pleases of His servants, that he may warn (men) of the day of Meeting -
Raiser/honourer (of) the steps/stages/degrees, (owner) of the throne , He throws the Soul/Spirit from His order/command on (to) whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves to warn/give notice (of) the Meeting Day/Resurrection Day
God is the Highest in Rank. He is Master of the throne of the Kingdom of the universe. He reveals His revelations through whoever He chooses to warn mankind of the Day that they have to meet their Lord
Bestower of High Ranks, Owner of the Throne; it is He Who instils the spirit of faith into the one He wills among His bondmen, in order that he may warn of the Day of Meeting.
HE is of most exalted attributes, Lord of the Throne. HE sends HIS Word by HIS command to whomsoever of HIS servants HE pleases, that HE may give warning of the Day of Meeting
The Exalter of Ranks and the Owner of the Mighty Throne, He sends His Spirit (i.e., Revelation) upon whomever of His servants He wills by His command, so that He warns them (people) of the Day of Assembly

Exalter of grades, Lord of the throne ( of the universe ). The spirit is sent down by His command on Whom He wills of His servants, that warning may be given by him concerning the day of meeting.
He is Allah Who has the rightful claim to the position of supremacy and the highest power and authority; He is it Who occupies the glorious Throne and sends the Spirit at will on whom of His servants He wills and induces him to caution all against the Day when all shall assemble for Judgment
